  • We frequently work with Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, Data, Marketing and Packaging functions. We also regularly work with Compliance, Operations and Procurement teams, as well as wider stakeholder functions.

  • Yes, we can. A key part of the Hive model is to ensure that processes and optimal ways of working are understood before making any recommendations. We will typically recommend 2-3 options, and work with you and the team to select the appropriate solution.

  • No. We are an independent consultancy, and recognise the importance of matching our clients with the right solution in market.

  • Yes, absolutely. There is no “one size fits all” in marketing operations, as every business’ operating model is to some degree unique.

    We can help you understand where technology can help generate efficiencies within your current processes, and establish what technology - or technology stack - is best placed to serve your specific requirements.

  • Yes. Assessing the potential ROI from implementing marketing technology and creating a business case to support the funding request is a typical stage in many of the projects we work on.

    The benefits seen from implementing the right martech solution are multi-faceted. These range from speed and operational cost efficiencies, to harnessing technology in order to optimise the consumer journey and drive growth. Soft benefits of selecting the right technology should also not be undervalued, including higher employee satisfaction and more time for value-driving activity.

  • Successfully integrating and onboarding a new marketing technology is a major initiative, and should be supported as such.

    Hive regularly work with clients on pure implementation projects to ensure the new solution is properly bedded in and adopted (including change management). We also work with technology vendors to support global implementation for enterprise clients.

  • On average our engagements last for 3-6 months, but for phased roll-outs this may extend to 24-36 months.

  • Yes, we are also happy to support on short-term, standalone projects to provide project management services; or to work as part of a wider team but providing select services only, such as strategic, technical or operations consultancy.

  • Whilst Hive is not a recruitment consultancy, we can help you to scope your team requirements, and manage the recruitment process.

    We can also offer interim support whilst you are building the team, with a phased induction and hand—over to new hires, thereby ensuring continuity of the programme.
